Because jewellery is a personal-wear, hygiene-sensitive product, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - this protects you from ever receiving a piece worn by someone else. Every order is individually inspected and sealed before dispatch. Damage in transit or a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery is repaired or replaced; transit damage needs the continuous unboxing video described in our standards.
