What we promise
- A copy straight away. The moment you submit, you see your complaint exactly as recorded, with a reference number. If you give an email address we also send the copy there.
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Resolution within one month of receiving it. Most are settled within a week.
- Personal-data requests (to see, correct, complete, update or erase your data, to withdraw a consent, or to nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act) are answered within 30 days. Signed-in customers can also download or delete their data directly. To confirm it is you, we reply only to the email or mobile number on your account or order, so please use one of those.
Raise a concern
If you are not satisfied
- Any consumer complaint: the National Consumer Helpline, 1915 or 1800-11-4000, or consumerhelpline.gov.in. You can also approach the Consumer Commission for your district.
- A personal-data concern: once you have used this grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which works as a digital office under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Details are published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology at meity.gov.in.
