By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Seller identity
This website is operated by Saubhagya Jewellery, a proprietorship registered to Dayasingh Chauhan, principal place of business Shop/Gala Premises, upper floor, Lokmanya Chawl Committee opp Vishwakarma Mandir, tanaji nagar rd, Wadarapada Road 1, Hanuman Nagar, Akurli Cross Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101, Maharashtra, India. The pieces we sell are made by Jagruti Imitation Jewellery, the manufacturing unit run by our family, at the same premises, or by another manufacturer named on the product page - Saubhagya buys, packs and sells them itself and is a direct seller, not a marketplace (Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules 2020 § 4(1)).
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order.
3. Products
Our jewellery is premium hand-finished imitation (artificial) jewellery. Country of origin: India (Mumbai). Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to piece due to the hand-finished nature of each item.
4. Payment
Online payment is processed by Razorpay over 256-bit SSL - UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and no-cost EMI. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹1,000, with a handling fee of 13.5% of the order value (minimum ₹49) plus a delivery-zone charge of ₹9 to ₹19; the exact fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm. To prevent misuse, COD orders are confirmed by a one-time code sent to your phone and are limited to 3 COD orders per day.
5. Delivery, returns & defects
Free shipping across India. As jewellery is a personal-wear, hygiene-sensitive product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges; every order is individually inspected and sealed before dispatch. Damage in transit or a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery is repaired or replaced free, on the terms of our Shipping & Returns policy - see the Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Age & eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into a contract.
7. Data & privacy
Data is handled under our Privacy Policy in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.
