Ready-stock pieces are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery is typically 2-4 days for Mumbai (PIN 400/401), 3-5 days across Maharashtra, and 5-8 days for the rest of India. You can check the exact estimated date for your PIN code on any product page before ordering.

Yes. Every order ships free across India. The price you see on the product page is the final price - there are no delivery charges or surprise additions at checkout. Cash on Delivery is the one exception: it carries a handling fee of 13.5% of the order value (minimum ₹49) plus a delivery-zone charge of ₹9 to ₹19, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier you get a tracking link on both WhatsApp and email. You can also track anytime from the Track Orders page using your phone number and order ID, or from your account if you are signed in.

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay - we never see or store your card details.

Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹1,000. It carries a handling fee of 13.5% of the order value (minimum ₹49) plus a delivery-zone charge which covers what the courier charges us to collect and remit cash, and the cost of a refused parcel travelling back - paying online avoids it entirely. We verify COD orders with a quick OTP on your phone number to prevent fake orders, and a maximum of 3 COD orders per phone number per day applies.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund any online payment. Once a parcel is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.

Yes. A confirmation email with your full order summary is sent immediately after checkout, and a printed invoice is included inside your parcel.

Because jewellery is a personal-wear, hygiene-sensitive product that is individually inspected and sealed before dispatch, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, any manufacturing defect or transit damage is repaired or replaced free of charge. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Report it within 3 days of delivery. If it was damaged in transit or something is missing, send a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened - the courier claim needs it, so start recording before you break the seal. For a manufacturing defect a video settles it fastest; without one, send clear photos and we inspect the piece when it comes back. Accepted claims are repaired or replaced free, return pickup included. Damage from wear, water, perfume or rough handling is not a manufacturing defect.

No. Saubhagya sells premium hand-finished imitation (fashion) jewellery - zinc alloy (Zamak) bases with antique gold plating and hand-set kemp and kundan stones. It is not solid gold and is not sold as such. That is exactly what lets you wear heritage-grade designs at a fraction of gold prices.

The gold plating acts as a barrier between the base metal and your skin, so an intact finish is what keeps a piece comfortable to wear. Most reactions people experience with fashion jewellery happen once the plating has worn through - which is why avoiding perfume, water and damp storage matters. If you have a known metal sensitivity, message us before ordering and we will tell you what a specific piece is made of.

No. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Water, chlorine, sweat and friction are the fastest way to wear through gold plating. Jewellery should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

No - "gold-plated" describes how a piece is made, not a claim to be something it is not. A layer of gold is bonded over a base metal, so what you see and wear is gold. Weight and price are the two honest tells. Solid gold is noticeably heavier for its size, and a solid-gold bridal set costs lakhs where an imitation set costs hundreds. A magnet is not a reliable test on its own - plenty of non-magnetic base metals are used in imitation jewellery, so a piece that fails to stick still is not gold. Anything sold at our prices is plated, and we have never described it otherwise.

A short collar-length necklace that sits above the neckline, not a long haram that disappears behind it. A boat neck already draws a horizontal line across the collarbone, so a piece that follows that line - a temple collar or a choker - reads as deliberate, while a long chain fights it. If you want length with a boat neck, put it in the earrings instead and keep the neck clear.

No. The Kandivali East address on our About page is a workshop and dispatch unit, not a showroom - we sell online only. The address is on Google Maps, but it is not a place to come and browse.

Our pieces are made by Jagruti Imitation Jewellery, the manufacturing unit run by our family, in Kandivali East, Mumbai, and packed and sold by Saubhagya Jewellery from the same premises. Each product page names its manufacturer, and the country of origin on every invoice is India. Because the maker is family, the person answering WhatsApp can tell you how a specific piece was cast.

The collar is the short necklace that sits high at the base of the neck; the haram is the long one that falls below the bust. A high or boat neckline suits the collar, because it follows the line the neckline already draws. Any neckline suits a haram. Traditionally a South Indian bride wears both, layered, and they are sold separately so you can choose.
